John Lamothe, a principal of the company, has over 25 years of retail experience with 15 years specializing in Store Development. The focus is on key disciplines: Layout & Design, Fixture/Display Placement & Presentation, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Loss Prevention. On-site store analysis, group training sessions, and key discipline seminars are available. An analysis comes complete with an itemized checklist and recommendations to improve the performance of the storefront operation.
In partnership with an interior contractor we have an extensive retail renovation and construction background. We are available to discuss current and future projects. Our design knowledge enables us to provide solutions for common layout, interior, fixture and presentation dilemmas, using traditional to nouveau to eclectic designs. Our Store Development staff will provide on-site consultation with our professional tradesmen to ensure quality work and detailed finishing.
